Cancellation

You can cancel your membership at any time by emailing the support team at charlotte@lookingafteryourpennies.com or through your account. Cancellations should be requests 7 days prior to the next payment date.

Refunds

The Service (The Money Nook) and Looking After Your Pennies do not offer a refund for monthly and annual memberships or for any one-off products such as coaching or courses. As a User of the Service, you understand that membership and one-off fees are non-refundable.

FCA Authorisation

Looking After Your Pennies and The Money Nook do not offer Financial Advice and are not authorised or regulated by the Financial Conduct Authority (FCA).

Purchases

If you wish to purchase any product or service made available through the Service (“Purchase”) you may be asked to supply certain information relevant to your Purchase including: name, email address, mailing address, credit card information, billing address.

You represent and warrant that: You have the legal right to use any credit card(s) or other payment method(s) in connection with any Purchase, The information you supply to us is true, correct and complete. You expressly agree that Charlotte Jessop, Looking After Your Pennies and The Money Nook is not responsible for any loss or damage arising from the submission of false or inaccurate information.
